The first John Lewis opened in Oxford Street in 1864, with a total of 32 Commercial Shops for Sale in gulberg Lahore. In 2008 John Lewis London headquarters and Reading branch by the Queen of the United Kingdom each awarded a Royal Warrant (British supplier license). The Peter Jones Mall at Sloane Square is also owned by John Lewis and named after Peter Rees Jones
